Basic selection steps for special reducers for bucket elevators
Based on the shaft power P2 and the operating conditions, select an appropriate service coefficient f1: f1 > 1. X
2. Based on the motor power verification service coefficient f1: 1.0 < f1 < 1.1
3. Based on the selected service factor, initially determine the specifications and models of the reducer: PN ≥ P2 x f1
4. Verify the bearing life of the reducer L10: L10 > 30,000 - 50,000 hours
5. Select the appropriate cooling method: Verify that the heat power of the reducer PG is greater than P2. Based on the verification results of the heat power and the customer's requirements, determine the final cooling method: natural cooling, fan cooling, and other auxiliary cooling methods.

Product advantages of the special reducer for bucket elevators
Integrating the auxiliary transmission system, the structure is compact and convenient for customers to install and debug.
2. Auxiliary transmission: According to user requirements, it can be optionally equipped with either maintenance mode or load-bearing auxiliary transmission.
3. The main reducer is equipped with a reversing device to prevent the equipment from reversing in case of a malfunction.
4. We can provide a complete solution including the main motor, coupling and frame.
5. Equipped with a combined sealing system, it not only prevents dust but also avoids oil leakage.
6. It can be specially designed according to the user's needs.
The hoist requires a reducer with high rated power and strong functionality.
The hoist drive is equipped with an auxiliary drive that is directly installed in the modular system. The auxiliary drive offers "no-load" or "full-load" designs. All the components selected for the application solution can perfectly match the relevant application.
The hoist is a vertical conveying system for transporting large quantities of bulk materials. The driving power is determined by the capacity of the bucket and the height of the conveyor. That is to say, all system components must be able to withstand harsh working conditions. The components need to ensure high reliability and availability in order to reduce downtime.
