Secondary reducer of the steel ladle tipping device

Installation requirements for the secondary reducer of the steel ladle tipping device: 

1. When the input shaft of the deceleration mechanism is directly connected to the electric motor, an elastic coupling must be used; when the output shaft of the double envelope ring face worm and worm gear reducer is directly connected to the working machine, a gear coupling or other non-rigid couplings must be employed. 

2. The axes of the input and output shafts of the secondary envelope reducer must be concentric. The error in concentricity should not exceed the allowable value specified for the used coupling. 

3. After the worm gear and worm pair is installed, the contact spots on the tooth surfaces should comply with the corresponding precision standards specified in GB/T16445.

Lubrication requirements for planar second-order envelope toroidal gear reducer: 

The lubrication method usually adopts oil immersion lubrication. When the speed of the worm throat exceeds 10 m/s, oil spraying lubrication should be adopted. 

2. When the ambient temperature is between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius, the type of lubricating oil to be used at different operating speeds should comply with the regulations specified in the "Lubricating Oil Selection Table". 

3. During operation, the maximum temperature rise of the reducer shall not exceed 80℃, and the absolute temperature of the lubricating oil shall not exceed 100℃.
