Rolling mill device reducer

The reducer of the converter device is a reducer specifically designed for the fully suspended tilting device of the oxygen converter. It consists of two parts: the first-stage reducer and the second-stage reducer. 

The reducer is a three-stage parallel-axis cylindrical gear reducer, and it is available in two types: medium-hard tooth surface and hard tooth surface. 

The reducer has a compact structure and can have more meshing points. It is suitable for various tilting equipment with end drive. The reducer is suspended on the tilting equipment and transmits power through the small gear on the final output shaft. It achieves positioning and connection with the secondary reducer through the reducer flange and the locating stop edge. It is particularly suitable for the tilting of large-scale steel-making converters.
