Main reducer of the fixed-length shearing machine for wide plates

The main reducer SG4300 for wide and thick plate fixed-length shearing, designed and manufactured by Jinxiang Transmission, has maintained stable performance throughout the entire process from delivery, debugging of the main machine by Changbaoling, on-site installation in Rizhao, to bus debugging. It has achieved the expected goals. 

The main reducer of the fixed-length shearing machine is located at the end of the finishing section of the production line. It cuts the formed steel plates to the required lengths, serving as the main equipment of the shearing line. This production line's fixed-length shearing machine adopts a rolling shearing structure, which is currently the most advanced and efficient wide and thick plate shearing equipment in the world. Among them, the main reducer of the fixed-length shearing machine is independently designed and manufactured by Jinxiang Transmission. 

The main reducer of the fixed-length shearing machine SG4300 weighs 105 tons. Its overall dimensions are 5200 × 3824 × 4085. It adopts a dual-input dual-output overall layout. To achieve the shearing action, the output shaft is designed as an eccentric shaft, and there is a phase difference in the eccentric angle. The entire reducer is suspended at a slightly upper position inside the fixed-length shearing machine. Every time the output shaft rotates once, it completes one shearing cycle action.
