The project of the reducer for the medium-thick plate sizing machine took nearly ten months from the project initiation to the successful completion of the A inspection. During this period, the project team overcame numerous challenges such as design breakthroughs, material replacements, process failures and improvements, schedule delays and progress acceleration, production coordination conflicts, differences and unification with the inspection control indicators of SMC, as well as coordination and communication with the customers. Finally, they delivered a product that met the customers' satisfaction. This once again verified the high-level reducer closed-loop manufacturing system of Jinxiang Transmission. SG4300 is a representative work of Jinxiang Transmission's advanced design and manufacturing level, marking the beginning of Jinxiang Transmission's internationalization process.
