Key features of the PR series modular gearbox 

(1) Both the design and quality control are in accordance with the new national standards. For example, the product standards refer to IS0/WD13593:1999, the accuracy is in accordance with IS01328-1:1995, the strength calculation is in line with IS06336:1996, and the quality of gear materials and heat treatment is controlled at the high level of ME grade as per IS06335:1996. This product also complies with the relevant standards of ANSI/AGMA. 

(2) The gearboxes are all made by quenching and hardening high-quality alloy steel and then undergoing rough machining. 

(3) The tooth profiles of all gears have been refined, and the helical lines of all small gears have also been corrected. 

(4) The modular gearbox adopts a modular design. The varieties and specifications of its main components and blanks are relatively few, which facilitates the organization of batch production. 

(5) For the same nominal transmission ratio, there are multiple actual transmission ratios available for selection. 

(6) The box body is of a split type, which ensures good maintainability. 

(7) The bearing model was increased as much as possible. 

(8) The diameter of the input shaft's extension was increased as much as possible. 

(9) The high-speed shaft is equipped with a non-contact type shaft seal, which ensures no oil leakage and eliminates the need for replacing the oil seal. 

(10) The fan and cooling coil design have been improved. The heat dissipation area of the box is large, and the allowable heat power is high. 

(11) The lubrication design has been improved. Each lubrication point is adequately lubricated. After the first oiling, all bearings can be supplied with oil, and there is no dry friction during startup.
