The vertical circular arc cylindrical worm gear mixing reducer is a specialized transmission device, mainly used in mixing equipment in industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, non-ferrous metallurgy, construction, food, environmental protection and light industry. Its working conditions are the same as those of the circular arc cylindrical worm gear reducer. 

The LC series vertical circular arc and cylindrical worm gear mixing and reducing machine not only possesses the advantages of circular arc and cylindrical worm gear reducers, but also has the following features: 

The overall transmission ratio of the reducer can be flexibly adjusted; the first stage uses belt drive, and the total transmission ratio can be changed by altering the diameter of the pulley. 

(2) The transmission belt adopts narrow V-belts, which have high load-bearing capacity. The number of belts, Z, is usually up to 4, thereby reducing the structural size. 

(3) The increase in the span of the worm gear support has improved the force-bearing condition of the output shaft and has enabled the elimination of the intermediate support links on the support, resulting in a significant reduction in the overall height of the machine. 

(4) The preload adjustment of the transmission belt is achieved through stud nuts, which is both flexible and reliable to operate. 

(5) The overall structure of the machine is compact and well-coordinated, ensuring stability.
