NGW planetary gear reducer

The NGW planetary gear reducer consists of three series: single-stage, two-stage and three-stage.

Purpose and Operating Conditions 

The NGW type planetary gear reducer is mainly used for speed reduction in mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, mining, and lifting transportation. The rotational speed of the high-speed shaft does not exceed 1500 r/min; the circumferential speed of the gears does not exceed 10 m/s; the working environment temperature ranges from -40°C to 45°C; it can operate in both forward and reverse directions. When the temperature is lower than 0°C, the lubricating oil should be preheated before starting; when the temperature is higher than 45°C, cooling measures should be taken.
