NGW New Type Planetary Gear Reducer

The NGW new type planetary gear reducer mainly consists of a sun gear, a planetary gear, an inner gear ring and a planetary frame. To ensure the uniform distribution of the loads on the three planetary gears, a toothed floating mechanism is adopted, which means either the sun gear or the planetary frame floats, or both the sun gear and the planetary frame float simultaneously. The gears in the reducer are straight-tooth involute cylindrical gears. 

Features of planetary gear reducer: 

It is small in size and light in weight. Under the same conditions, it is more than half lighter in weight and half to one-third smaller in volume compared to ordinary involute cylindrical gear reducers. 

2. High transmission efficiency: The single-stage planetary gear reducer achieves 97% - 98%; the two-stage planetary gear reducer achieves 94% - 96%; the three-stage planetary gear reducer achieves 91% - 94%. 

3. Wide range of transmission power: It can cover a range from less than 1KW to 1300KW, and even larger. 

4. Wide transmission range: i = 2.8 - 2000  5. Highly adaptable and durable. The main components are made of high-quality alloy steel and undergo carburizing and quenching or nitriding treatment. The planetary gear reducer operates smoothly, has low noise, and can be used for over 10 years.
