GFT Series Walking Planetary Reducer

The GFT series of walking planetary reducers from Jinxiang Transmission come in nine different specifications and have all been put into mass production. The modular series integrates two-stage and three-stage planetary reducers with axial piston motors, customizing drive kits for long-distance traveling construction machinery. The GFT 8000 can be compactly installed on wheeled, tracked, and roller-driven construction machinery, offering a wide range of options for users. 

The new type of reducer has nine different specifications and models, with the output torque ranging from 10 kNm to 130 kNm. The meticulously divided transmission ratios can be applied in open and closed circuits. The equipment manufacturer can choose from a variety of universal standard assembly kits to achieve personalized drive solutions. For example, the three specifications 8120, 8130 and 8150 can be equipped with dynamic built-in multi-disc brakes to meet the strict requirements for road safety in Germany and the United States, such as a maximum vehicle speed of 50 km/h. Compared with traditional mechanical brakes, the dynamic multi-disc brakes reduce the installation space by 75%, weigh less, and require less maintenance.
