Vertical reducer for cranes

The vertical reducer used in cranes includes the QJ-L vertical tooth-retracting gear reducer, which is mainly applicable to the running mechanism of cranes, and can also be used in the transmission of machinery in transportation, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry and light industry. Its working conditions are as follows: the rotational speed of the gear per revolution is no more than 16 m/s; the rotational speed of the high-speed shaft is no more than 1500 r/min. 

The reducer for cranes is developed based on the medium-hard toothed reducer for cranes. The QY series of reducers include the QYS type (three-point) and the QYD type (base-mounted) two series of hard-toothed reducers for cranes. It has three levels, four levels, and a combination of three and four levels. The reducer for cranes is made by welding steel plates, the box body undergoes annealing and stress relief treatment, the gears are made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, the tooth surface is treated by carburizing and quenching, and then ground. The product quality is stable and the performance is reliable.
