Cranes use modular reducers

The modular reducer for cranes is mainly used for the running mechanism of cranes, and can also be applied to the transmission mechanisms of mechanical equipment in industries such as transportation, metallurgy, mining, chemical engineering, and light industry. The working conditions should meet the following requirements: 

a) The rotational speed of the gear shall not exceed 16 m/s: 

b) The rotational speed of the high-speed shaft shall not exceed 1500 r/hmin. 

c) The working environment temperature ranges from -40℃ to +45℃. 

d) It can operate in both forward and reverse directions.

Each reducer must pass the inspection by the technical inspection department and be accompanied by a product quality certificate before it can be shipped. Each reducer must undergo a no-load test, running in both forward and reverse directions for no less than 1 hour at the rated speed. The inspection items upon leaving the factory include: 

a) Type, overall dimensions, paint and appearance quality; 

b) Are all the connecting parts and fasteners loose? 

c) The cleanliness and sealing performance of the reducer; 

d) Oil temperature rise; 

c) Contact spots; 

f) Noise.
