Cranes base-type reducer

The base-type reducer for cranes is suitable for all the transmission mechanisms of cranes, and is also widely used in the transmission mechanisms of various mechanical equipment such as transportation, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, and light industry. 

Features of the reducer 

The range of reduction ratios is wide, with the nominal speed ratio ranging from 10 to 200. 

2. High mechanical transmission efficiency: The efficiency of the second stage is 96%, and that of the third stage is 94%. 

3. Smooth operation with low noise. 

4. Due to the use of 42CrMo and 35CrMo materials that have undergone forging and quenching and tempering treatment, the gear shaft and gears were respectively manufactured. As a result, the service life is long and the load-bearing capacity is high. 

5. Easy to disassemble and install.

Applicable Conditions 

The rotational speed of the gear shall not exceed 16 meters per second. 

2. The rotational speed of the high-speed shaft shall not exceed 1000 r/min. 

3. The working environment temperature ranges from -40℃ to 45℃. 

4. It can operate in both forward and reverse directions.
