The medium-high speed series gearboxes have the following technical features: 

1. High rotational speed: The maximum rotational speed of the product is 30,000 r/min. 

2. High Specifications: The maximum center distance is 1000mm and the maximum power reaches 96000kw. 

3. High Precision: The gear accuracy reaches ISO 4-5 level, and the dynamic balance accuracy reaches ISO 0.4-1.6. 

4. High Standards: The gear accuracy standard is ISO1328. The gear strength standard is AGMA421-420. The design inspection standard for gearboxes is API613-1988. The heat treatment standard for gear materials is ISO6336-1996. The vibration inspection standard is API670. The lubrication system standard is API614. 

5. High Technology: The product is designed using 3D CAD technology, and it undergoes finite element analysis, modification of tooth shape due to thermal elasticity deformation, tooth root shot peening strengthening process, and dynamic analysis of the shaft system. These are all new research achievements of the company.
