High-speed gearboxes are mainly used in centrifugal fans and axial flow fans and other high-speed turbine machinery. This type of product has high rotational speed, large power transmission capacity, high reliability, and the gear accuracy is generally at level 4 or above. These gearboxes comply with API613 standards, with shaft vibration less than 0.02mm, rotor support using liquid dynamic pressure sliding bearings, bearing temperature less than 85℃, and bearing equipped with platinum resistance temperature sensors. The non-contact shaft vibration measurement system complies with API670 standards, using American Bendix vibration probes. Customized design and manufacturing can be carried out according to user requirements.
