Torch pusher reducer

The pusher machine reducer is controlled by an integrated machine linkage system. It is used to push the coke in the carbonization chamber from the machine side furnace door towards the waiting coke-discharging vehicle's hopper on the opposite side of the furnace door during the coke-discharging process. The main gear of the pusher reducer that controls the operation of the pusher rod runs under overload conditions when there is deviation. 

The driver of the integrated machine cooperated with the technicians from Tai Shui Company to remove the screws of the base of the push-tar reducer, dismantle the mechanical coupling, use a jack to push the main gear of the skewed push-tar rod back to its original position, and then reinstall the coupling between the linked gears and the bearings. After the installation was completed, the driver of the integrated machine attempted to operate it, and the push-tar rod of the integrated machine could run normally. Through the joint efforts of everyone, the reducer of the integrated machine resumed normal operation before the coke discharge.
